Who is Soggy Cat?
"Ceasar Shark" AKA "Soggy Cat" is a funny cat that was once bathed.While being bathed by Biscuit, they took a photo of him and posted it to Twitter with the photo proceeding to go viral in the few weeks after being posted. Biscuit AKA "sillyfuny" would continue to post images of Ceasar regularly until they deleted their own account. the new Twitter account under the sillyfuny handle isn't Biscuit, just someone else.
Who is @ssoggycat on Twitter?
@ssoggycat is a meme Twitter account all about Ceasar. The account was created by @ktg5 & @friendlypaths and started off by randomly replying to people with the "Soggy Cat image", but over the years it grew to the account we know it as today.
On the 21st of September 2023 the ownership of the account and soggy world was handed to @cv (#1 soggy cat fan) as the original account managers retired, after 2-3 months they came back from retirement to soggy world as admins but decided to leave again shortly after. (cv is still the owner of the server and account).

What is soggy.cat?
soggy.cat is a small website created by a group of people separate from ssoggycat. it hosts the "Soggy Cat image" (and an image of a dry cat, if you look hard enough). The version of the soggy cat image found on the website's main page is compressed for web usage but the site also hosts a source quality version of the soggy cat image here. As @cv got ownership of soggy world and@ssoggycat, the site was essentially "merged" into the @ssoggycat environment. On the 3rd of November 2024, the repository for soggy.cat was moved over to the ssoggycat account and @ssoggycat now holds full ownership of the website and it's contents!
