soggy cat every hour (SCEH) is a general-purpose discord bot rewritten and maintaned by sup4rcookie, with additional help from the ssoggycat team that sends images of a cat named shark every hour.

by using this bot in your discord server, you agree to the following terms:

1. user responsibility

• only assigned server administrators may configure or manage the bot.
• the bot must be used in accordance with discord's terms of service.

2. data & privacy

2.1 the bot will NOT:

• collect any user data; however, discord may inherit it for its own marketing.
• manage the server or actively harm it in case of a breach, unless it has been regranted special permissions manually.

2.2 the bot MAY:

• be able to view which servers it is in and have the maintainer(s) send their own messages through the api.

however, the content of the servers are not easily viewable due to the sheer amount of data discord needs to process first (2000+ servers)

3. limitations

• the bot’s availability is not 100% guaranteed, and unexpected downtimes may occur.
• the current bot maintainer(s) reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the bot at any time.
